Arsenal keep a close eye on Juventus centre-forward Dusan Vlahovic. Many top teams could circle for Serbia international, who fits the profile of many coaches, with Arsenal and Real Madrid keen.
Juventus had been struggling financially since the pandemic. Their inability to qualify for the next campaign’s UCL could mount pressure. While they still have an opportunity to make it into the top four, the prospect of it happening is slim.
As a result, many footballers would feel the need to continue playing in the UCL and could depart the Bianconeri. One of those could be the Serbian centre-forward, who has gone through some difficult periods since joining the club in the winter 2022.
The Gunners were heavily linked with a move again in January, failing to sign Vlahovic in 2022. Dusan chose Juventus over Arsenal despite the Spanish manager making his admiration of the centre-forward clear.
For now, Mikel Arteta may not prioritise signing a new centre-forward. However, if the coach feels the need for a forward with a different profile up front, he might again run his attention toward Dusan Vlahovic.
